At Hello Dream Press, every order is packed with care and sent with heart—because your story deserves to arrive safely.

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For international orders, please note that customs fees, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices.

Once your order is placed, shipping and tracking information will be provided within 24–48 hours so you can follow your dream delivery from our hands to yours.

While we do our best to ensure your items arrive safely, we are not liable for any damages incurred during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier right away and notify us so we can assist you in the process.

Need to return something? We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
